£134m? Why are the mhedia trying to scare us?

So I’m in the bookies today and I get a text from my mate… “£134m ffs” it says.

I assume it has something to do with the Mighty Blues so I log on to Twitter and find delusional Timmy’s, some of whom are influential media figures, banding this figure around as if it is the final nail in Rangers coffin.

I rushed home and downloaded D&P statement to see what the score was and found the figures to be re-assuring and GOOD news!

Let me explain..

Rangers debt, to make it simple, can be broken down as follows:

Taxman – £93m
TIcketus – £26m
Other creditors – £18m

From there figures I have changed my opinion on whether liquidation is the answer… I thought it was but now I believe it to be our biggest weapon in our fight with HMRC who seem intent on a witch hunt against The Club.

Assuming the club moves forward with TBK you can take Ticketus off of the creditors list which leaves us with £93m to the taxman and £18m to other creditors.

It should be noted we have NOT lost the tax case yet but lets work on the assumption that we do.

£93m is the very MAXIMUM we could ever owe but most tax experts believe a figure of £42m would be more reasonable.  This added to £18m gives us a total debt of £60m.  Less than HALF of what MSM are reporting.

If TBK offer £20m for a CVA this will ensure the public purse get 33p in the pound which would be more than a fair settlement when you consider the likes of Dundee paid 6p in the pound and Darlington recently paid less than £4 for an outstanding tax debt of £400,000.

Such a fair settlement would mean that Rangers, although haunted by events since 14/02, could never be embarrassed by them.

Moving on from there I would recommend the Rangers Fighting Fund money be used to pay back small creditors, who will be relying on a payment of more than 33p in the pound to continue their businesses in a healthy manner, to ensure our reputation as good corporate citizens stays in tact.

Should all go to plan we will emerge from Administration by the end of the season and be ready to rebuild for next year.

I would also NOT rule out the chance of Rangers playing European football next year but at the moment the scenario would seem unlikely rather than impossible.

My advice to any Bear would be to ignore MSM and their wet dreams over our future.

Today we got GOOD news.

Liquidation. What the MSM do NOT want you to know…

I digress from my main topic to give you some insight into Rangers FC which you will not get on the MSM.

This is a quote from Duff & Phelps:

“it is certainly possible that Rangers would be liquidated, but it would only be done so after the football club was made safe.”

But how can they save the football club and liquidate the business?  Here is the answer.

Leeds United PLC went into compulsory liquidation on 6 March 2006.   This is the company that was founded in 1919.  Prior to going into liquidation they sold off the club trademark, history, playing staff and registration to play in the English leagues to a New Co Leeds United 2007 Limited.

This allowed Leeds to move forward from a position of strength following liquidation and not suffer any footballing penalties by the way of relegation.

The Football League gave them a 14 point penalty but no such mechanism exists which would allow the SPL to do something similar.  Our only punishment would be a three year ban from Europe.

If you wish to confirm this is infact accurate please check with company house:

Leeds New Co company number 05765697
Leeds Old Co company number 05334247

In essence what this means is we could be lining up next season in the SPL with our squad of players in tact, playing at Ibrox, still playing as Rangers FC, still without history but WITHOUT European football, the tax case and our debts.

What Bear would not want this?

Celtic, Chinamen and Catholics Part 1 – Establishing the link

As I’ve said from day one on this blog, this is not rangerstaxcase!

I will not lower myself to months after months of whataboutery with little fact to back up outlandish lies like the aforementioned blog has been doing for the last year.  I want to distance myself as much from that particular kind of “journalism” as possible.

What you get here is what you see.  Cold hard facts, laid bare in front of you.

Now talking of facts I will give a quick summary of the previous blogs for those who’re not regular readers:

FIrst blog (https://celtictaxcase.wordpress.com/2012/03/22/first-blog/)
Details some discrepancies in Celtic’s financial model.  Raises questions and searches for answers.

Celtic, Ireland and China… Squeaky bum time (https://celtictaxcase.wordpress.com/2012/03/22/celtic-ireland-and-china-squeaky-bum-time/)
Identifying a clear link between Celtic, Ireland and China and asking.  What is this all about? Beginning to peal the layers of this conspiracy off one by one.

Huge New Development (https://celtictaxcase.wordpress.com/2012/03/23/huge-new-development/)
Travelling to Shanghai Shuffle in Glasgow in the search of answers.  Uncovering a possible inside agent working out of HOLLAND STREET.  Asking the big questions and searching for more answers to more bigger questions which arise from answering the aforementioned big question, still with me?

It’s Walter (https://celtictaxcase.wordpress.com/2012/03/23/its-walter/)
Discovering Walters uncomfortable relationship with the man masquerading as a “clown” on bluenose.co.uk  Trying to uncover what led Sir Walter to do the dirty on us and join up with this Celtichina conspiracy.

Now that we’ve cleared up the past it’s time to move into what I’ve been doing the last few days.

Followers of my very successful Twitter account (@celtictaxcase) will know that I’ve been quite quiet as of late as I piece together the final pieces of a very puzzling jigsaw that links people from the worlds of business, sport, politics and religion to try and answer the question – just what have Celtic been up to and what punishment should be dished out!?

From what I’ve uncovered so far the answers those questions are a/ they’ve been up to no good and b/ they should be punished by any means that the SFA, SPL and anyone else who has the power to punish them have at their disposal.

Now… I looked back through the history books and found the roots of the soon to be biggest scandal to ever hit Scottish football started back in 1979 when I discover a friendly match that took place at Celtic Park.

Who were the visitors to Celtic Park I hear you ask?  Surely not I hear you say to yourself?  Maybe this Bear wasn’t bonkers I hear Declan whisper as he squirms?  Yes! You guessed it! The opponents were none other than… China!

Image

The evidence of this match is clearly shown in the match programme above.  Wednesday 8th of August at Celtic Park.  Celtic versus China.  And can you guess who are the only other international side to face Celtic?

Yep you got it in one.  The Republic of Ireland (twice)!!

(one would also happen to question whether it’s merely coincidence that the China game was played on the game was played on the same day as the birth of IRISH defender Alan Maybury who happens to play for St Johnstone… Who happen to have a Catholicish sounding name and who happen to have signed a former Celtic player who has just came back from China, Derek Riordan).

Having managed to obtain a copy of this programme I done some digging around the Mitchell Library and found that Mr Danny McGrain, who appeared in the cover of this Celtichina propoganda magazine posing as a match programme as shown above, bore more than a striking resemblance to the man I’ve identified as the mastermind behind this whole devious but as of yet undefined plot, Dermot Desmond.

Further investigations via Google and Wikipedia showed me that McGrain retired from football in 1988… Is it mearly a coincidence that it is impossible to find any documentary evidence suggesting the existence of Dermot Desmond is hard to find.  Personally I don’t think so.

So what does this mean?  Can it be true that the unthinkable may be thinkable?  Can it be true that Danny McGrain is Dermot Desmond?

Well I think it’s only fair that I let everyone decide for yourself… they say a picture speaks more than a thousand words.

https://celtictaxcase.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/truth.gif

So what does this mean exactly and why is this such a big deal that McGrain and Desmond are the same entity?  (If it’s not true then why am I not being sued, Dermot??)

Well.. Here’s the deal… Danny McGrains official biography, Danny McGrain In Sunshine Or In Shadow (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51iFvScp4jL._SL500_AA300_.jpg) is written by Scottish journalist Hugh Keevins.

And wait for the sound of the smoking gun going bang bang as I, to steel the mans own words, “exclusively reveal..”

Hugh Keevins brother is a PRIEST! (https://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&safe=off&sclient=psy-ab&q=hugh+keevins+brother+priest&oq=hugh+keevins+brother+priest&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_l=hp.3…7743l9239l1l9368l9l8l1l0l0l0l107l614l7j1l9l0.frgbld.&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=b721e7c481905d3&biw=1366&bih=667)!!!

So there we have it… Part 1 down and a clear, undeniable and unbroken link between Celtic, China, Dermot Desmond/Danny McGrain and the Catholic Church has been established as FACT!

On the next blog I will reveal shocking details of the role Walter Smith and the man masquerading as a clown play in all of this and get closer to answering the questions on everyones lips…

WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS? WHY CHINA? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?

Speak to you soon bloggers.

It’s WALTER!?

Bears, bearettes, fellow Proddys…

I really do not want to alarm you however, as promised, I’ve been extensively looking into Holland Street to see if I could find a link between this staunchly named section of the Queens highways and the great Celtic/China scandal.  (we will call it Celtichina scandal for short)

What I’ve discovered has rocked my world to the absolute core.  After doing some extensive research trawling through the archives and land registry office I discovered a bar named The State Bar was located on Holland Street… Only a misplaced Mo Edu pass from the home of the Celchina, Shanghai Shuffle.

My interest was immediately taken.  State Bar? Free State Bar? Irish Free State Bar?!  This required some further investigating…

I immediately looked into the history of this bar and what I’ve found is utterly disturbing and has shocked me to my staunchly Protestant core.

The State Bar is owned by WALTER SMITH.  This is no joke or no whataboutery fellow Bears and Bearettes.

From the Daily Record and published in 1996, I quote:

“Walter Smith is part owner of two other bars in Glasgow – the State Bar in Holland Street and the Variety Bar in Sauchiehall Street.” (http://www.thefreelibrary.com/TV+OWN+GOAL+BY+GERS+BOSS.-a061162844)

This left me with a million questions and no immediate answers?  What is going on here? Is this a coincidence? Why would Walter betray us? Is Walter Chinese?

Given what Walter has done for The Club I felt terrible to dig deep into this background due to an absolute fear of what I may expose and what this could potentially mean to fellow Bluenoses who worship the ground his brown brogues walk on.

My investigations took me to look at Walters role in the Rangers Fighting Fund (http://local.stv.tv/glasgow/news/300525-crisis-hit-rangers-launch-fans-fund-for-club/).  It came to my knowledge that as well as “endorsing” the fighting fund Walter was asked to make the banner to be displayed at the opening of the fund.  The banner in question can be seen below:

Fighting fund

Rangers Fighting Fund

What is the big deal I hear you ask?

I draw your notice to the PAYPAL (Vatican involvement? Is it a coincidence that an anagram of Ireland China Celtic is Cardinal Li Cinch Tee ?).  Not only is PAYPAL (Papal) warning enough that everything wasn’t quite right with Walter and his banner but the address that the donations were made to really raised alarm bells.

The paypal email address should have read ASSEMBLY@THEBLUENOSE.CO.UK   If you check out http://www.thebluenose.co.uk it takes you to the fighting fund website and as such any donations to that address would go to our famous fighting fund.

But NO!

Walter has cunningly put on the address of ASSEMBLY@BLUENOSE.CO.UK  If you check out http://www.bluenose.co.uk you will find it is the home of this man…

Mystery Man?

Mystery man??

I honestly kid you not… Walter has set up a scam to send our fighting fund money to this mystery man cunningly disguised as a clown!!!!

It is little wonder that our Fighting Fund has raised less than that of Darlingtons when we are been sabotaged by our own?

So many questions now have to be answered?

– Why is Walter doing this?
– What control is does the Clown have over Walter?
– What is the link between China and the Clown?
– Are the Chinese Catholics?

Seems like with all these questions remaining unanswered I won’t be getting a weekend off.

See ya tomorrow Bears & remember…

We Don’t Wok Away!

Huge new development

I would like to start my third blog by thanking my regular readers who have made this blog, to my knowledge, the most viewed on wordpress over the last 48 hours with over 20,000 visitors.

This just merely highlights the fact that there is an appetite within Scottish football for the kind of investigative journalism that MSM won’t print and Lie-well won’t allow.

I’m getting closer to the facts. We have already on our twitter blog shown, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Celtic duped the SFL, the SFA and HMRC on 23 April 1988 when they declared an attendance of 60,000 for this match only for a board member to later concede, off the record, that the actual crowd was over 72,000.

This was one isolated match but if this kind of malpractice is the norm at Celtic the consequences could be far reaching.

The only concern we have with investing too much time in this investigation is that following the demise of the club in 1994 we are unsure what the legal status is on whether tax liabilities for Celtic Football & Athletic Club 1888 can be transferred over to Celtic PLC 1994?

The whole duped attendance saga therefore could be a potential red herring.

What is most certainly NOT a red herring is the dubious links between Dermot Desmond, Celtic FC, the Irish state and China.

Following some intensive detective work into this link my searches, both on google and at the Mitchell Library returned a number of different routes of enquiry. They all however ended up at one destination.

SHANGHAI SHUFFLE ON BATH STREET!

And so by foot I marched across the flyway on the M8 from the Mitchell Library to Charring Cross and up Bath Street to staunchly stand outside Shanghai Shuffle, take out my iPhone, and tweet for Dermot Desmond to come outside and face the music.

20120323-145728.jpg

As time passed it became clear that Desmond was rumbled as he was not coming out. I began to have a closer look at what I believe is the headquarters for the as of yet unknown conspiracy between Celtic, the Irish State, China, Zheng Zhi, the Keane’s, Dermot Desmond, Chris Killen, Du Wei and Derek Riordan… it is then that I uncovered a bomb shell that shook my investigation to it’s core as you can see by the picture below!!

20120323-145740.jpg

Yes! Shanghai Shuffle, the home of the probable Celtic/China/Ireland/possibly Vatican conspiracy, is on the corner of Bath Street and HOLLAND STREET! Yes. HOLLAND STREET. As in the fatherland of Oranje. The home of our forefathers. The site of the Boyne. The sacred ground where Pope James was banished from the land by William of Orange and his white stallion. The home land of Tulips and the home of Protestantism and Bert Konterman! Yes you read it right… HOLLAND STREET!

But what does this mean? As of yet I have no idea!…. BUT!!!

It’s far too big a coincidence to be a coincidence!!!

I’ll be doing some research into Holland Street over the weekend and I’ll be returning there on Monday to rattle some cages of the Rangers haters who, with possibly the help of the Chinese, are out to destroy our club.

Before I go just to let fellow bears know that Union Jack flags are to be put on sale at the turnstiles for £2 on Sunday for the Old Firm match.

Make sure you bring £2 in change to stop queues and remember, for your two quid you are not only saving the club but you’re going to see Timmy’s priceless face as we wave our Union Jacks and show him, for all his hatred, that we will never “wok” away!

Celtic, Ireland and China… Squeaky bum time.

This blog was set up to highlight potential financial doping by Celtic Football Club.  In less than 24 hours of painstaking research though my investigation has went way beyond financial doping and way beyond Celtic Football Club.

What I believe I have uncovered could be potentially explosive with Celtic FC used as a vehicle for some seriously dodgy dealings which would leave the clubs reputation in such tatters it would be damaged beyond repair and in need of being put to sleep like a lame race horse.

Let me give you a little bit of a history lesson…

01/09/2005 Du Wei (China captain) signs for Celtic / 15/12/2005 Roy Keane (Ireland captain) signs for Celtic

Coincidence? Maybe…  But what is the old phrase? Lightening never strikes twice?

01/09/2009 Zheng Zhi (China captain) signs for Celtic / 31/01/2010 Robbie Keane (Ireland captain) signs for Celtic

But what does this mean???!!!

Regular readers of the blog will know all about my expose on Dermot Desmonds dealings with former Irish Taoiseach Charles Haughey and the well documented Moriarty Tribunal.

Further investigation has linked Charles Haughey to Ben Dunne (entrepreneur and inventory of Dunnes stores) who is allegedly looking to branch Dunnes Stores to the expanding market in China?

So what part does China, Ireland and Celtic play in this? Will the British tax payer who has recently bailed out Ireland be happy to find they are possibly maybe in cahoots with the Chinese?

Why were Chris Killen and Derek Riordan (both signed by Dermot Desmond) plying their trade in China?

What role do the Keane’s, Zheng Zhi and Du Wei have in all of this?

WHAT EXACTLY IS HAPPENING!?

At the moment I do not know.  I’m not going to get involved in whataboutery I will wait until I have actual solid reliable evidence before I accuse Mr Desmond or Celtic FC or China or Ireland or any wrong doing.  All I know is that I can smell a rat a mile off in this who sordid web of deceit, lies and maybe backhanders too.

Be safe that I’m going to see this through to the end.  Celtic, if they are involved in this potential alliance between the Irish Republic and China will struggle to ever recover.  Remember bears….  The Boyne wasn’t won in a day.  More digging for me tomorrow.  FACT!

First blog

Welcome to the first instalment of CelticTaxCase.  As the thousands who are following on Twitter know our first blog was due for Sunday but such is the unprecedented demand for answers we thought it only fair to do an introductory FAQ blog to outline our intentions and dispel any myths that are doing the rounds on Twitter:

Q. Why are you setting up this blog?

A. Over the last couple of years the Internet and social media has been full of Rangers hating ‘journalists’ slandering The Club and dragging us to the cliff edge.  With The Club now recovering from their sustained attacks and looking to come out of Administration stronger than ever we feel it’s time that other clubs, specifically Celtics, finances be properly examined.

Q. Are HMRC currently investigating Celtic?

A. At the moment the short answer is no.  Having said that though the short answer is very misleading.  HMRC have declared war on football clubs as Portsmouth, Hearts and Rangers have found out in recent months.  There has been also some less well reported exchanges between HRMC and football clubs over the use of image rights which I personally think has certain people at Celtic Park very worried.

Q. What’s the deal with image rights?

A. Image rights are not illegal and are not tax avoidance if they can be justified and are used properly.  Maybe Celtic have used them properly and adequately valued the image rights of players such as Nakamura, however, if you look at merchandising and sponsorship figures in Celtic PLC’s accounts through the years I personally don’t think the image rights are worth as much as what they were perhaps specified as in contracts.

Q. If what you think is true what are the implications?

A.  Lets use for example Player Y earning £40,000 a week at Club X for four years.  £20,000 is wages and all tax and national insurance is paid properly and £20,000 is for image rights.  Player Y earns £4m in total from image rights through the duration of his contract yet only pays 28% rate of tax when in reality he should be paying 50% tax.  This leaves a tax shortfall of nearly £900,000.  If you multiply that by maybe 5 or 6 players doing something similar and add interest and penalties you are looking at potential liabilities of upwards of £15 million.

Q. Are Celtic guilty of this?  When is the bill likely to land at Celtic Park?

A.  In all honesty at the moment we don’t know but the chances are they are maybe guilty.

Q. Without evidence how can you speculate they are maybe guilty?

A.  I’ve done extensive research into those in power at Celtic Park and believe that Dermot Desmond is the man who pulls the strings over there.  It is my personal belief that the rest of them are merely front men.  We would suggest that people read up on the Moriarty Tribunal where it was found that Mr Desmond made payments to the Irish Taoiseach Charles Haughey to the value of at least £125,000 via a Swiss bank account which were never declared by Mr Haughey.  Although no wrong doing was ever proven against Mr Desmond it does raise serious questions.  Especially as this was not an isolated incident.

Q. Good work.  This sounds like potentially a ‘smoking gun’.  What else can you tell us?

A.  I personally believe there was something fishy about the deals that saw Roy and Robbie Keane play for Celtic.  Some have speculated that Celtic received ‘soft loans’ for these deals from the aforementioned Dermot Desmond.  I’m currently investigating ‘soft loans’, whether they are illegal under any article of SPL/SFA regulations and whether they were used at Celtic Park.  Could be interesting.

Q. What about stories of fabricated attendances at Celtic Park?

A.  This is something that will be difficult to prove however it’s something I will look into.  The fact is that back in the 1960’s the oldCeltic Park regularly hosted crowds of 75,000 people at Old Firm games and European games.  In the 1980’s and early 90’s the stadium was every bit as busy looking at TV pictures for Old Firm matches but crowds are listed as 52,000.  Lets speculate that over a period of 10 years Celtic played an average of 22 home matches a season and rounded down their crowds by 10,000 a match.  If the average admission price through those years was £8 we are looking at liabilities of £8 x 20% VAT x 22 matches x 10 seasons x 10,000 fans = £35,200,000!  This would be before interest and penalties and could make the Rangers ‘Big Tax Case’ seem almost not worth talking about.

Q.  Is it true Celtic have used EBT’s?

A.  It is widely recognised that they did use EBT’s with Juninho.  I don’t know much detail about this but if they were used incorrectly and if they were accompanied by a “second contract” then every game he played for Celtic could potentially be deemed 3-0 to the opposition which could result in demotion to the first division and the annulment of Celtics 2005 Scottish Cup victory… Martin O’Neill’s last trophy at the club!!!!

Q.  So what’s next?

A.  A lot more digging to be done but we will be back at some point next week to put some flesh on the bones we’ve outlined above.  Anyone who can provide us with any evidence to support what we think might have happened at Celtic Park please contact me on twitter @celtictaxcase
